Changed the bulbs on my plate lights and they still dont work. All my other lights work except my passenger turn signal blinks real fast. I would like to know how to fix this problem myself and what it is.

My daughter is due anytime with a baby and I am her ride and it is very illegal to drive without these lights here.

Answer: The passenger side turn light blinking real fast is usually caused by a bad bulb. Could be either the front or the rear. To repair the license plate lights, you will need to check for power and ground at the bulb socket. Use a test light for this.

If you dont have power in, then trace the wiring back to the switch. If you dont have ground, check under the rear of the truck for a broken ground wire on the frame rail.
