Buick Regal Wheel Bearings noise

I just replaced the rear wheel bearings on a 2004 Buick Regal and the noise is still there. Any ideas of why this would be?

Exactly what type of noise is it?

Hard to describe......humming I guess, that gets louder as the speed increases.

A humming noise is almost always a hub bearing, so you did the right thing. If that did not fix the problem on your Buick, the only other thing i can think of is that you have a noisy tire.

Try driving it with someone sitting in the back seat to try and determine what side the noise is from. So if it is from the right side, swap that tire with one of the front one to see if the noise changes or goes away.
