Engine Clicking noise
There was a dull noise when we bought the vehicle and now it has gotten louder. Is this bad news? Please help
Re: Engine Clicking noise
A clicking noise in an engine is usually something on the top end. Possibly a bad or loose rocker arm or maybe a bad lifter. It depends on the engine. A mechanic would need to listen to it to be able to tell.
How much oil does it take to fill engine
I got a check oil light today and it's Saturday. So, I went and bought some oil. How much do I need to fill it up? I put in 2L. I drive a 2000 Toyota Camry.
Re: How much oil does it take to fill engine
Most engines in today's vehicles take about 4.5 to 5 quarts of engine oil. See your owners manual for details about your particular car.
Just adding oil is never a good thing unless you know how to check the level on the dipstick properly.

Re: Engine Clicking noise
Put in the correct amount of oil now. You will damage the engine if there is too little when it is running.

The picture you re showing is not of a fuse. It is the electrical connector for that part. It is burned. See you local dealer for this part.
