Ford Expedition not starting right away

I have a 2004 Eddie Bauer expedition. When i turn the key the truck doesn't start right away. Replaced starter, could it be a weak fuel pump?

If the engine cranks, then yes, would could have a weak fuel pump. If after a few tries it does, then this is because the pressure has built up enough.

You could also have a restricted fuel pump. You would need to have a fuel pressure engaged to check fuel pressure.
