Just bought a 01 Tahoe seemed to run quiet at first then after a while when u first start it it almost sounded like a diesel. Now a couple weeks later when you first start it there seems to be sort of a knock until u put it in gear and drive it a very short distance.

1997 Chevrolet Tahoe. Engine Size : 5.7L Vortec. Question: Driving along vehicle started misfiring when the steering wheel was tuned to the right. after a few miles shut down and had to be towed. There is no spark and and fuel pump does not run. changed fuel pump relay, crank sensor, cam sensor and distributor module.
2003 GMC Yukon XL. Question: Car was dying. Water added to battery. Battery overflowed. Now, after I hit a bumps in the road: Door locks "cycle", "Ding" sounds for about 10 dings or just a single "ding"ABS light, brake light, and "service brake system" light all go on,A/C turns off but resumes again after 2-10 minutes Car loses power & "reduced engine power" message comes on.

2002 GMC Yukon XL 2500. Engine size = 8.1 Replaced crank & cam sensors. Question: Starter will not spin or engage. When I turn key to run position all normal dash lights illuminate, fuel pump runs 15 sec. or so. Continue to turn key to start dash lights go out, but no crank.
I have a 1997 Tahoe 4wd W/automatic transmission. I have just had a problem I hope someone can help me out with. After driving at highway speeds 65-70 for about 25 miles as I slowed then stopped the ABS warning light came on and it seemed like the transmission was disengaged or slipping. I put in neutral then back into drive, nothing. I slipped it down into 3rd, nothing.
