Question Here: How do you change windshield wiper motor.

Answer: First remove the wiper arms. Nuts hold each on, the wiggle and loosen them to remove. Next take off the wiper / cowl grill that runs the length of the base of the windshield. Several screws and clips. Remove the bolts for the entire wiper motor / transmission assembly, then it comes out. Now you can unbolt the motor from the wiper transmission assembly. After replacing motor and re-assembling everything, make sure the wipers park down and not half way up the windshield.

If that happens, you will need to adjust the park arm assembly.
